Humble Beginnings

Ledon CC was established by managing member, Nonnie Hendriksz, based on her passion for people development. Ledon officially opened its doors in the year 2006 after months of planning and hard work.

Today, Ledon CC has grown from a small startup to a nationwide service provider with two offices strategically located. Our philosophy has stayed unchanged: Lead, Empower and Develop Our Nation.

Company Ownership and Registration

Ledon CC is a registered CK2 with the Registrar of Companies.  We have been operating officially under this licence since 2006.
Our board consits of two members: 

BEEE Status

Ledon CC is a Level 4 contributor to BEEE as verified by an accredited auditor.   Certificates available on request.  

Organisational Accreditation

Ledon CC is accredited with ServiceSeta, decision number #2409. 
ServiceSeta is the Education and Training Quality Assurance Bodies (ETQA) for the service industry and has been established to uphold the quality of education and skills needed within the industry.

Ledon CC has a registered psychometrist with the HPCSA: PMT 0079057. The psychometerist is also registered as a private practice: Making it possible for an individual to claim back on psychometric assessments from the Medical Aid: Pr No: 085 000 0444251

Psychometric evaluation is a useful means of helping people understand themselves better and often provides guidance to sort out what’s holding individuals back.
